When I think about the things I want to sow in the lives of my children, kindness is one of the first things that comes to mind. If we look around, we can realize that the world is definitely loosing so much love towards others, a heart that feels for others, that wants to make others happy, smile, someone who wants to change the world.
I always try to explain to my little ones, that it is so easy to serve others, to be a blessing, to change sadness in dance, that's why I thought it would be suitable for these dates where so much love is shared and so many things in family and with friends, Create a list of things that are free or almost free. Easy, to do as a family and for the little ones to understand that you don't have to have much to make your light shine in the lives of other people.

The list is made for the first 25 days of December, so that beginning on the first day, choose one and do this until you reach Christmas day.
1. Happy notes around the city.
With sheets of all the colors you want, write together with your children words of encouragement, positive, Biblical verses that can lift someone up from some situation. For the fun part let them draw something on the back. Make many, put the notes in a bag and carry it wherever you go, leave a note in different places for people to find them (the supermarket, in front of a door, in a public restroom, in an empty seat, etc).
2. Decals (stickers) for children.
Use the ones you already have at home or here I leave a package that they sell on Amazon, very accessible (https://amzn.to/2qEpVVp)
Give them to your child (ren) and when they are waiting in a line somewhere, pass the stickers to the children in the line.
3. Nursing home.
Call a nursing home and ask if it is possible for you to go with your children to visit. Also ask if you can sing to them, maybe bring them some dessert or just talk to them and spend some time listening to their stories.
4. Toys for others.
Ask your little ones to put in a bag all the very small toys that they no longer use, go to a park and put them in different places for other children to find them.
5. Recycling.
Take two empty bags or boxes, go to a nearby park and collect all the trash and all the things that can be recycled.
6. Free books.
Collect all the books that your children don't read anymore, tell friends and family to give you what they don't read either. Make a sign that says “free books”, go to a church, park or any place you want and allow other children to choose one or two free books.
7. Dinner for friends.
Invite some friends to dinner and let your children help you prepare everything for that night.
8. Cookies for neighbors.
Together, bake cookies and take it to the neighbors.
9. Coins.
Leave some coins in the vending machines that have candy or toys so someone else can buy them.

Write a letter of appreciation for someone you want to thank for their work. Make it very colorful and with gratitude words.
